Our Service

4-Court provides dealer management software for UK car dealers.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
• You must provide accurate information when setting up your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

We offer three types of plans:

• Monthly subscription – Pay monthly. You can cancel anytime and your service will continue until the end of your paid period.
• Annual subscription – Pay for 12 months upfront at a discounted rate. If you cancel, we’ll issue a pro-rata refund based on the number of full or partial months used at the standard monthly rate.
• Pay-per-item plan – No monthly fee. You are charged per vehicle added to the system.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds

We offer a no-questions-asked refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of starting your service.

Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By using 4-Court, you agree to that policy.

Liability

We do our best to keep 4-Court reliable and available, but:

• We are not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost sales or profits) if the service is unavailable or data is lost.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services we rely on, such as Stripe or hosting providers.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know.
